Adelia is a fully equipped 22' Columbia sloop with a 20' Santa Barbara slip. She has good rigging has good sails and I have more sails including a spinnaker. I gave her a Honda 8 hp four stroke engine and it works good for the boat. I actually use this boat pretty often and she sails pretty nice. A six gallon tank of gas last forever because it is so much more fun to sail than to power. She has a VHF radio with the antenna on top of the mast. She also has good anchor gear. I had to take the bow rail off to make her fit in the slip but I still have it. Slip payments are about $175 per month and there would be about a $5000 transfer fee to the city of Santa Barbara if you were to buy the boat and the slip

I am asking $15,000 for the boat with the slip which means you can almost get out the door for $20,000 but you'll get hit up with some more taxes. Because there aren't many people with $20,000 I might be willing to work some sort of creative partnership with the right person who can afford the slip fees and some cash for me.
