A guy named Kevin came to look at Holly and wound up giving me Harmony. Right away I was able to get the port engine running and I also finished sanding the hull and primed the boat. I had a trouble selling her and had to pay a few months of rent before I listed her for $3500 and a guy named Phillipe from France came by and actually bought the boat for $3500. He's been paying $500 rent ever since and hasn't been doing anything to her. I hope he keeps paying the rent so they yard doesn't get mad at me!
