The dude that owned this boat went to Hawaii and tried to sell her but could not. He gave the pink slip to Jeromy who manages the marina and apologized for abandoning the boat. Jeromy called me up and asked if I would take her. I checked her out and was stoked. She was a nice boat and came with a Honda 15 hp 4 stroke. I took the Honda and sold the boat in 3 days for $1000 cash to Leo who wanted to take her down to LA and live aboard. I gave Leo a two hour sailing lesson and he actually sailed all the way to Marina Del Rey without an engine. He was able to sail out of Channel Islands Harbor before his 10th day was up. He found out that living on the hook outside of Marina Del Rey was pretty rough and was hoping to get a slip the last time I spoke with him.
