This 26' Ranger Sailboat came with a good running Honda 8 horsepower outboard, good sails and good anchor gear. This dude from New Mexico called me up and said that he was coming out to buy Daria Ann for $800 and I said Ok and I would see him when he got here. In the mean time, I sold Daria Ann to somebody else for $1,000. To my surprise, the dude showed up from New Mexico so I sold him Poseidon for $800 and actually paid Dominic $100 to sail the dude up to Santa Barbara, where they anchored the boat. The dude left the boat in my name and he went back to New Mexico. The wind picked up blowing some other boat into Poseidon and busting up her railing. Later some dude named Darius showed up and bought her for $700. I spent several hours teaching him how to take care of a boat and then he decided he didn't want her because it was too much trouble taking care of her, so he gave her back to me. Then I sold her to a guy named Sharham for $500 and he sailed her down to Marina Del Rey, where he still has her. |
